Teaching AI to People Over 40
AI will not be adopted through more sophisticated tools. It will be adopted through better understanding. The companies that win will not be the ones with the most AI — they will be the ones that learn fastest how to operate with it. Dr. Elouise's Enterprise Education Program helps people over 40 build genuine AI capability, not through one-off training, but through sustained, structured practice.
Delivered through Dr. Elouise LLC.

-
What actually works: the adoption patterns that cut through resistance
-
The hidden cost of “change management theater” in AI rollouts
For event planners: The most expensive AI problem isn’t the technology — it’s the 52-year-old VP who’s decided they’ve already learned enough.

For event planners: The general who wins isn’t the one with the best soldiers. It’s the one who can feed them, fuel them, and resupply them faster than the enemy.
04 / About
"I'm a historian by training: balancing the past against the future is endless fun."
About Dr. Elouise
Bio
Dr. Elouise is a digital futurist and founder of Dr. Elouise LLC, which provides AI training and coaching to procurement and supply chain leaders over 40. She is also an affiliated Kearney partner based in San Francisco, with 26 years of experience as a trusted adviser developing digital procurement and supply chain strategies.
Using her dry wit, historical anecdotes, and a very direct tone, Dr. Elouise is a frequent presenter on building resilient supply chains, digital and AI transformation, and the future of business. She is the creator of the YouTube series 'GenXer vs. GenAI' and co-hosts the weekly podcast DualSourced Discourse.

Who is Elouise
Dr. Elouise holds a master's degree in military history from Norwich University and a PhD in history from Bowling Green State University. "I'm a historian by training, and balancing the past against the future is endless fun to me."
She found procurement by accident: running digital operations for the San Francisco Opera, then joining eBreviate, a B2B dotcom founded by former Kearney partners. "Guess what? It was a procurement-based start-up." She's stayed in the field ever since, teaching, writing, and speaking alongside her client work. On what to expect from her: "I will not show up with half-baked material from five years ago, and I will not show up with over-hyped language or platitudes."
Dr. Elouise is openly a trans woman. "I want to be known for being one of the preeminent experts in my field. If I happen to be transgender, that's great."
